Our Story
Stone & Story began with a simple idea: the things we live with shape how we feel. I wanted to create a space that invites you to slow down—where beauty feels grounded, objects are chosen with care, and connection matters.
Inspired by the remarkable women in my life, I create thoughtful, well-crafted pieces that tell a story and are designed to last. Everything I share—books, artisan goods, or a favorite find—is something I genuinely love and believe belongs in a meaningful home.
Stone & Story is about more than what I offer. It’s about gathering around books, art, conversation, and shared experiences, and finding joy in the little moments that make a home feel like you.
Stone represents grounding and home; Story reflects the ways we connect to one another and to the objects and moments that shape our lives.

Stone & Story is rooted in the women who have shaped me throughout my life. My grandmother’s quiet brilliance and steady wisdom laid the foundation of our family, and my mother’s artistry, compassion, and eye for everyday beauty continue to guide me. Though they are no longer here, I feel them in everything I do—in the objects I choose, the care I put into crafting space, and the attention I give to each corner of this shop.
I’m also lifted by the remarkable women in my life today—the family, friends, and encouragers who remind me to trust my voice, keep moving forward, and create with confidence. Their support is woven into the heart of Stone & Story just as deeply.
Place inspires me, too. Growing up in the Midwest instilled a love of groundedness, comfort, and practical beauty. Those values shape what I curate, how I design this space, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere I hope everyone feels when they enter. My years in Los Angeles added warmth, ease, and a touch of adventure, which I blend with my Midwest roots to create the balance that defines Stone & Story.
